The Golden Mile
The iconic Golden Mile Complex which will be rename The Golden Mile, is undergoing a remarkable transformation, blending its historic charm with contemporary amenities. Aurea and The Golden Mile will form part of an integrated development called Golden Mile Singapore. Aurea’s 188 residential units will be scheduled for launch in the first quarter of 2025, offering an exciting opportunity for prospective homeowners and investors.

Additionally, it will include 11,463 sq m of retail space and a 2,322 sq m architecture center. The office spaces will come in six configurations, with the premium “crown offices” occupying the four new upper floors, offering stunning panoramic views of the Kallang Basin.
