Is the seller’s consultation session chargeable? Do I need to commit to ERG Immediately?

The Seller’s consultation session is completely free and non-obligatory. It’s the first step in our process to understand your goals and assess your property.

Ideally, the initial consultation takes place at the property itself, allowing our team to evaluate its condition and layout, and discuss potential marketing angles if you decide to proceed with us.

Following the visit, ERG will prepare and send you a customized marketing plan tailored to your property.

You are free to review the proposal and decide whether to engage the ERG team — there is no obligation to commit during the session

The full Marketing Campaign exclusive period runs for 3 months, which excludes the initial Marketing Preparation Phase.

Throughout this period, the ERG team conducts regular reviews with our clients to assess buyer feedback and overall response.

If needed, we’re happy to mutually extend the exclusive period for another 3 months at no additional cost, allowing us to continue marketing the property to its fullest potential — provided both ERG and the client agree to proceed.
